>> CHELSEA: If you're working on a project as a team, it's super important to divide and conquer, but that's going to require some organizing in advance. Before you do anything, sit down with your team and figure out who's good at what and assign responsibilities from there. Use Elmer's dry erase, foam board sheets to keep track of dates and deadlines, who's doing what, what's already been done, and what still needs to be done. Since it wipes clean, you can update it whenever you need to.
